What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you type. Calls, texts, and emails you send to (805) 668-7238 or josh@invision-real-estate.com are received by Josh and the brokerage in the ordinary course of a real-estate relationship. We do not sell your contact information.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to you about buying, selling, or renting property on the Central Coast, to schedule showings, and to send listing matches you asked for. Live listing search is provided through Invision’s CRMLS-connected IDX at invision.myrealestateplatform.com, which has its own terms and privacy practices.

TCPA consent

By submitting the contact form, you agree that Josh McEwen, Invision Real Estate, and authorized staff may contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by live call, voicemail, SMS/MMS, and email — about your inquiry and related real-estate services. That contact may use an automatic telephone dialing system, a prerecorded or artificial voice, or similar technology.
